How it works
01 / WhatsApp us
Tell us your postcode and what the gate is doing. We agree a time for the call.
02 / Pay & confirm
Pay £49 online here, or we send you a payment link. Your time is then confirmed.
03 / Video call
Show us the gate, motors and control panel and we talk you through the fault.
Before the call
Have your phone charged, and make sure you can safely reach the gate and control box.
For your safety, we will never ask you to work on live electrics.
Need an engineer on site?
If the fault can't be fixed on the call, we'll give you a clear plan of action and your £49 is credited against a £275 call-out.
